UNIPLEX 809

PEG DI-2-ETHYLHEXOATE

CAS NO.  9004-93-7

UNIPLEX 809 is a high molecular weight liquid plasticizer, having wide compatibility with a variety of polymers.  Its low volatility and excellent heat resistance make it especially useful in engineering plastics, such as polyester and polyamide resins.

Used at levels of 4 - 10 % on the weight of the PET resin, Uniplex 809 greatly reduces molding (processing) times.

UNIPLEX 809 offers the advantages of:

                1.  Lowering processing cost

                2.  Enhancing impact resistance

                3.  Low vaporization

                4.  Improving mold releases

                5. Easily added to the PET resin in single or double screw extruders.
