Fluorochemical Additive

Description: A solid fluorochemical stearate ester containing 46.7 % aliphatic

fluorine. This product is useful in improving water, alcohol, and oil

repellence of various polymeric systems. Resin systems

compounded with this product have high chemical resistance,

minimal thermal discoloration, and excellent light stability and

dielectric properties. The normal starting use level is 2500-4000 ppm

Fluorine to achieve the above mentioned properties.

Applications: Soil resistant PVC Resins for outdoor uses.

Medical applications (polypropylene non-wovens) where resistance to alcohol, blood, and urine is required.
