Uniplex 160 is a safe, effective plasticizer for imparting low temperature flexibility to various
polymers, with a good balance of solvation and low temperature properties. It has excellent
compatibility with cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose nitrate, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, and
vinyl chloride acetate.
Uniplex 160 is suggested as a solvent/plasticizer in fingernail enamel, nail enamel remover, hair
sprays, adhesives, and coatings. It is particularly recommended for plasticizing resinous and
polymeric coatings.
